Ordering & Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience and security, we exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You will pay for your order in cash directly to the delivery agent when your flowers arrive.
- How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your desired floral arrangement to your cart, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you will confirm your shipping details and select the Cash on Delivery payment option to complete your order.

What is your shipping policy?
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. We only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total delivery time is between 6-12 business days. This is broken down into two parts:

Processing Time: It takes us 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Transit Time: Once shipped, your order will be in transit for 5-9 business days.

What is your order cut-off time?
The daily cut-off time for new orders is 5:00 pm (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Product & Care
- How do I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful, we recommend the following:
- Trim the stems at an angle before placing them in water.
- Use a clean vase and change the water every 1-2 days.
- Keep your flowers in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Remove any leaves that fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.
- Do you offer custom floral arrangements?
Yes! We love creating unique designs for our customers. Please contact us via email at support@lichasflowershop.store with your request and we will do our best to create a custom arrangement just for you.
- What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours), and we will work to find a satisfactory solution.
